Families' Marker

Dedication Ceremony

April 5, 2025 

The Columbus Georgia Council of Garden Clubs, Inc, in Cooperation with the Georgia Department of Transportation and The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. dedicated a Marker at the Georgia Visitor Information Center, 1751 Williams Road, Columbus, Georgia!

The Dedication Date for this Marker was chosen for

5 April which is also "Gold Star Spouses Day!"

Prior to the Dedication the Marker is Covered so that it could be unveiled with proper Ceremony during the Dedication!

Because this Marker at a Georgia Visitor Information Center an information and a Welcome Sign was placed for all to see who were traveling through.

Prior to the Dedication the waiting Boy Scouts were photographed!
