Memorial Day  

The City of Smyrna, Georgia held a Memorial Day Observance on the Village Green.  The Theme was "Remember and Honor!"

This observance was presented by the American Legion Post 160 and the Smyrna Veterans Committee.  This was a very meaningful event and showcased the Local Community.

The Campbell High School JROTC conducted

appropriate ceremonies.













During the Observance all the
Veterans were asked to assemble 
for a Photograph


This event featured the Display of
seven Wreath which honored
the local Heroes from
World War I
World War II
Korean War
Vietnam War
Gold Star Families
Persian Gulf War
War on Terrorism

A Total of 266 Heroes 
from the Local Area
were Honored by 
These Wreath.

was then Dedicated.
