The American Legion Post 110 Dedicated a Veterans' Memorial Wall in Monticello.  Included on the Wall was a By-Way Gold Star Plaque.

The Plaque was dedicated by Monticello Garden Club President Dianne Parker and included the Garden Club of Georgia President Lisa Hall and the Gold Star Marker Chairman of Georgia Janice Thiese.
